Apartment 3 (sleeps 2-5*):

Second floor with two bedrooms (one with double bed, one with bunks consisting of a single bunk above with a futon style double sofa bed under) and open plan living area which combines lounge (with double sofa bed), new fitted kitchen & dining areas, and also a shower room. The apartment is fully equipped with TV, DVD/CD player (small selection of DVDs & CDs but please feel free to bring your own). The fitted kitchen is all new with full sized oven/hob, fridge and microwave. An iron & ironing board are also provided together with all of the usual kitchen equipment.

* Note that although there is sufficient bedspace for 7 guests, there is insufficient seating and therefore linens are not usually provided for the sofa bed in the lounge. If guests wish to use this sofa bed as a sleeping area then arrangements can be made for additional linens at a small additional cost to cover the extra laundry bill.
